The Frost Protection feature is designed to safeguard your home from freezing temperatures during winter. When enabled, Frost Protection ensures that the set minimum temperature is maintained even when the Themo device is turned off.
This functionality remains active when the device is switched to Off mode or experiences a network disconnection lasting over 24 hours in Smart Schedule mode.
To activate and adjust the Frost Protection temperature, navigate to the Settings of the device and select Frost Protection. Use the toggle to switch Frost Protection be active or inactive.
Frost Protection temperature can be set between 1-22 degrees celsius. When the desired protection temperature is selected, then save your selection by tapping Set temperature button.
It is possible to see what Frost Protection temperature is activated from the Dashboard or Device View:
1. Frost Protection activated and set to 5 degrees.
2. Frost Protection not active and switched off.
