Themo does not have internet connection.
- Make sure that there is internet connection to where Themo is connected to.
- If there is internet connection, restart Themo by turning it off from circuit breaker box for 10 seconds and then turn it on again.
- If the problem continues, make sure Themo is connected to the right WiFi. For this:
- Connect with your computer/smartphone to the WiFi network.
- Open Themo web user interface. Go to “Device Info” page of your Themo.
- See Themo IP address. Open new web page with Themos IP address.
- Themo configuration page opens. Make sure that Themo WiFi name and Passwords are correct. Go to end and press “Save”
- If problem continues, contact support.
