Themo does not have internet connection.


  1. Make sure that there is internet connection to where Themo is connected to.
  2. If there is internet connection, restart Themo by turning it off from circuit breaker box for 10 seconds and then turn it on again.
  3. If the problem continues, make sure Themo is connected to the right WiFi. For this:
    1. Connect with your computer/smartphone to the WiFi network.
    2. Open Themo web user interface. Go to “Device Info” page of your Themo.
    3. See Themo IP address. Open new web page with Themos IP address.
    4. Themo configuration page opens. Make sure that Themo WiFi name and Passwords are correct. Go to end and press “Save”
