What is going wrong when the app shows that heating is being requested, but my floor is still cold?

There is always a slight lag of data between your heating and the app. Therefore, the app can sometimes show outdated information or it might take time for commands to go through to heating. If the problem continues more than 12 hours, please contact our customer support.
