Controlling the heating while including weather forecast and building characteristics needs a high degree of computing capacity that exceeds regular computers and smartphones. Therefore some data is securely transmitted between Themo and SLS powerful servers which perform these calculations.
Themo is constantly sending floor temperature and power usage information to servers when in use (regardless of Themo mode) in 1-minute-intervals. Data exchange with servers is encrypted.
