Steps to delete your Themo account
Step 1: Open app and navigate to Profile settings > My Account
- Verify that you are logged in with the correct account and information is correct.
Step 2: Delete account
- Select Delete account option
- Confirm account deletion
You will be automatically logged off after account has been deleted!
Types of Data Deleted
When your Themo account is deleted, the following types of data are typically permanently removed:
- Personal Information: Name, email address, and any other personal details you provided during account setup.
- Usage Data: Information about your interactions within the app, devices you have created and all collected measurement data for such devices.
Types of Data Retained and Retention Period
Some data may be retained for a specified period for legal or operational reasons:
Anonymous Usage Data:
- Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained for analytical purposes but will not be linked to your personal information.
- Retention Period: 90 days.
Backup Copies:
- Backup copies of your data may be retained for a limited time to ensure the integrity of the service.
- Retention Period: 30 days.
