How do the devices work?

All devices connected to the Themo Control service come with a pre-installed secure SIM card, which the device uses to connect to Themo Cloud. The device retrieves the current heating program and parameters calculated by machine intelligence for heating optimization from Themo Cloud. The devices are preconfigured at the factory, and during installation, Themo's experts install a scheduled heating program on the devices with the aim of reducing energy consumption while maintaining customer comfort. Heating programs can be customized for each device in consultation with the customer.
