You can check the status of your apartment's equipment on the Themo Portal using your own login details. In addition to the current temperature, you can also view the equipment's consumption history for the past two weeks. Themo's customer service will help you resolve any related issues. 

It is also good to remember that people have different preferences when it comes to floor heating, and sometimes switching to a less energy-intensive heating method takes some getting used to.
