If you are experiencing persistent issues with your Themo WALL device, resetting it to its factory settings and reconfiguring Wi-Fi access may help resolve the problem. You may need to reset and reconnect to your wireless network if you change your wireless router or wireless network settings (such as your wireless name and/or password). This may also be necessary if you are moving into a home where the previous occupant installed a Themo.

Note! If you plan to move, don't reset the Themo yourself, let the new occupant do it! If you turn off the Wi-Fi network, Themo can no longer be controlled wirelessly.

If you are installing a completely new device, start by installing the mobile app and add new device from the app. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete configuration.
