Themo button does not work

When the touch button on the front panel does not react, it is possible that child lock is enabled from the mobile app.

1) Hold down the touch button for 15 seconds (Themo blinks twice when lock is removed)

2) Remove the child lock via mobile app (Settings -> Child lock)

3) If the problem continues, contact support via chat or e-mail
