Room or floor temperature is too high!

1. Check front panel pins and restart the device with power ON/OFF. 

2. After restart, monitor the device for 30 minutes. 

Does the temperature start to reduce? If yes, the problem is resolved. If no, please swap out the back panel of the wall mounted Themo or the full unit if DIN Themo is used.
