Device has trouble connecting to the internet!

1. Make sure Themo has power and is working by touching the front panel. If there is no power, swap out the back panel of wall mounted Themo or the full unit of DIN mounted Themo. 

2. Restart the Wi-Fi router. 

3. Restart Themo. Does it restore connection? If this does not help, swap out the front panel of the wall mounted Themo or full unit of the DIN mounted Themo. If this does not help, contact support@themo.io
