Device has trouble connecting to the internet!

1. Make sure Themo has power and is working by touching the front panel.

2. Restart the Wi-Fi router. 

3. Restart Themo itself. Does it restore connection? If this does not help, swap out the front panel of the wall mounted Themo or full unit of the DIN mounted Themo (if possible). If this does not help, contact our support at support@themo.io
