Mobile device is not able to connect to Themo's Wi-Fi

Due to recent changes in Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge policies, Themo Wi-Fi connection is not working with those browsers. If your Wi-Fi setup does not work, please use Mozilla Firefoz or Safari and go to app.themo.io to connect your Themo.


You can fix the issue with your mobile device by setting Mozilla Firefox of Safari as your device's default browser and after that restarting the Themo app.


The issue occurs when after connecting to the Themo's own "local" Wi-Fi (e.g. "Themo-xxxxxx) during the device setup, the setup page does not let the user continue to the next step in the process.
