  1. Themo does not have internet connection. See instructions here.
  2. Themo does not have established connection with SLS servers. See information here.
  3. Restart Themo (See instructions here). If the problem continues, the SLS servers might be overloaded. Wait 12 hours and if the problem continues, contact support.
